Fallout 76 auf der QuakeCon: Wird hier ein Datum für die Beta angekündigt?

Fallout-Fans warten bereits sehnlichst auf ein Datum für die Beta von Fallout 76. Bisher gibt es hierzu keine Informationen. Via Twitter lieferte Pete Hines, Vizepräsident bei Bethesda, nun einen Hinweis, wann mit ersten Infos zu rechnen ist.
Bis zum Release von Fallout 76, am 14. November, ist es noch ein ganzes Stück hin. Zuvor soll es eine B.E.T.A. (Break-it Early Test Application) geben. Wann diese erscheint, ist bis dato unbekannt. Sicher ist, dass eine Anmeldung für die Beta an die Vorbestellung des Spiels gekoppelt ist.

Infos zur Beta von Fallout 76 auf der QuakeCon?
Ein interessierter Spieler wollte wissen, was der Zweck des Charisma-Perks in Fallout 76 sei, wenn es gar keine NPCs gäbe, mit denen man reden muss.
Fallout 76 wohl auf der Quakecon dabei: Erste Infos zur Spezialisierung werden nicht lange auf sich warten lassen. Hines erklärte in seiner Antwort an den Fan, dass wir auf der QuakeCon mehr dazu erfahren würden. Nun rätseln Spieler via reddit, ob man während der Convention mit Infos zur Beta rechnen kann.
Infos zur Beta nicht unwahrscheinlich: Bethesda nutzt die QuakeCon regelmäßig, um Spiele vorzustellen und Informationen zu bereits angekündigten Spielen zu teilen. Das neue Doom: Eternal soll ebenfalls auf der QuakeCon vorgestellt werden.
Insofern ist es nicht unwahrscheinlich, dass es ein Datum zur Beta von Fallout 76 geben könnte. Aber das ist derzeit reine Spekulation.
Datum Quakecon: Das Event findet vom 9. August bis 12. August 2018 statt.
Was ist die QuakeCon? Die QuakeCon ist eine große BYOC(„Bring your own computer“)-Convention für Videospiele, die von ZeniMax Media veranstaltet wird. Diese ist der Mutterkonzern von Bethesda. Sie findet jährlich in Dallas, Texas, in den USA, statt. Das Event wurde nach iD Softwares bekannten Spielereihe „Quake“ benannt und existiert seit 1996.
Das Besondere: Die erste QuakeCon hatte damals 40-60 Besucher. Gespielt wurden hauptsächlich Doom und Quake, unter den Spielern waren die Entwickler von iD Software selbst. Mittlerweile zählt sie zu den größten Events dieser Art in Nordamerika und hatte 2016 über 8000 Besucher.
